I haven't been to a dentist in years, but I'm glad I chose to start going to Beachwood. The entire staff was pleasant and friendly, and Jessica the hygienist and Dr. T explained everything very thoroughly. They also answered any follow-up questions to clarify and ensure I understood everything. This was my first visit, but I certainly recommend their services!

I recently had a nagging toothache and was relieved to find I could easily book an appointment online at a time that worked for me. The online forms were straightforward, and everyone I met during my visit was warm and welcoming. I really appreciated how the staff explained each step of the process, always making sure I was comfortable.

Dr. T. took the time to go over my treatment plan in detail and communicated everything with genuine care and understanding. Unlike some dentists I’ve seen in the past who made me feel self-conscious about my dental issues, Dr. T. was supportive, never judgmental, and explained what needed to be done and why. I felt respected and reassured throughout my visit.I have several more appointments ahead to get my smile back on track, and after this positive experience, I feel confident that I’m in great hands. They are AMAZING! They were so kind & patient with me every time I went in. The staff is so friendly & they make you feel completely comfortable. Dr T is the best dentist I’ve been to in my life. He is so down to earth. He jokes with you, makes you feel cared for, & he takes his time to make sure everything is perfect for you. He tried to save one of my teeth by doing two root canals however they failed( he tried his very best & I appreciated it so much) so we ended up having to do an extraction. He was so considerate of prices that he worked with me to make sure I could get a dental bridge & get my confidence back. The dental bridge is PERFECT! You can’t even tell where my real teeth end & the bridge starts. Everyone has told me it looks so natural. I’m thankful for this place & will be telling everyone about them! Please go see them, you won’t regret it at all!

The staff is amazing! SO friendly & helpful! The Dentist was also amazing! I was very scared because of bad experiences in the past with dentists. He was great & helped me to relax. He discussed everything I will need to have done, with both my husband & I. Answered any questions we had. When he was doing my extraction, he made sure that I didn't feel any pain & was comfortable. I'm confident in his treatment plan & trust his judgement. So glad I found this dentist!

This location was great. The staff were professional and courteous and the Dr. was very friendly and informative. I had been looking for a local non chain Dentist after moving to the area and I could not be happier with Beachwood Dental. Their office is brand new and extremely clean. The interior has a very appealing look. I had broken a piece of my tooth and they got me in the same day. I am so glad I chose them and would highly recommend.

I literally called one hour before they were closing because the pain I was experiencing was horrible and nobody was open. They took me and worked me in between their ending clients of the day and they were absolutely amazing. I was extremely emotional because losing more teeth was affecting my once beautiful smile, and this dentist assured me that he would make sure that I would have my smile back would recommend them to anybody. I will be making my new patient appointment as soon as I heal so I can work on getting my million dollar smile back.

All I’ve had so far was an exam and cleaning… but: 1) Online forms and no waiting time. 2) Super-clean, spacious and attractive premises. 3) State of the art equipment. 4) Incredibly friendly and efficient staff. 5) Thorough exam leaving me feel secure nothing missed. Very happy so far!
